Yin Yoga: : Tuesday & Thursday 9:30 - 10:45am

Yin yoga aids in stimulating the body’s parasympathetic nervous system, and is a beneficial style for anyone feeling stressed, fatigued, burnt out, having difficulty falling asleep, or digestive issues.

Yin can also be great for those with sore muscles. The simplicity of this practice makes it great for all levels.
